What can be returned?

You can return most items purchased on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date.  To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In their original packaging (if possible)
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
• ALL CLEARANCE, SWIM WEAR, BODYSUITS & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE

Reasons for Return:

We accept returns for several reasons, including:

• Incorrect item received
• Damaged item received
• Change of mind ( unworn and unwashed items only)
• Sizing issues (may require exchange for different size)

✔ Email Initiation: All returns must be initiated through email. Please include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return in your email.
✔ Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items with visible wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
✔ Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
✔ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
✔ Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as bodysuits, swimwear, clearance items, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned.

How Refunds are Processed:

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return policy, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within [7] business days.  This timeframe may vary depending on your bank's processing time.  You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Note:  For exchanges due to sizing issues, we will waive the return shipping cost and send you the new size free of charge (within the same product category).
